How long will it take to receive my order after it is placed?

Standard lead time is about 7 to 10 business days, but seasonality and custom orders may increase lead time.

What happens if one of your technicians has an accident at my house?

Don’t worry, you’re fully covered. We have a Workers’ Compensation policy, which exonerates the homeowner from any liability.
