Yes of course. You have two options. You can request a project consultation with one of our experts, or once you approve the project one of our technicians will come to your home to take the final measurements and help you with the design that best suits your needs.
Due to the custom nature of our business and to ensure that orders are installed on time, once we have taken the final measurements and you have paid the project deposit, we begin working on it immediately. For this reason, most orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. If any changes are necessary, please contact our office immediately. In most cases, changes cannot be made once an order has been submitted but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The shower floor and all tilework (not just a tile sill) must be completed.
The silicone we use is a high quality sealant. It is a one component, room temperature curing, acetic cure, 100% silicone elastomer that does not require the addition of activators, stabilizers, or catalysts to achieve optimum performance.
